It's not enough to just lose weight, you have to take care of your health as well. I have been through the yo-yo diets. I've gotten older and can't lose weight as fast. Maybe this is a good thing, you have think healthy, not just weight loss. B2 - This vitamin helps to keep your thyroid healthy and as, we know, this helps our metabolism. This vitamin is found in milk, liver and kidney, almonds, hard cheese, eggs, wheatgerm and leafy green vegetables.
B3 - This helps with your thyroid health, as well. It is found commonly in wheat bran, liver, tuna, turkey, chicken, meat, eggs, mackerel, salmon, oats, barley, wheatflakes, cheese, dried fruit and brown rice.
B5 - This is a good vitamin to have to increase your health and energy. Good sources of this vitamin are found in liver and kidney, meat, poultry, nuts, wheatflakes, wheat bran, wheatgerm, eggs, molasses, oats, barley, beans, wholegrain bread, green vegetables.
Another one of the B vitamins you should be aware of is Inositol and coordination with choline helps to break down fat. Obviously, this vitamin is our friend and is useful in our weight loss quest. These two fat fighters can be found in lecithin, beef liver, beef heart, egg yolks, wheatgerm, cauliflower, cucumber, peanuts.

C - Vitamin C has many health benefits as you already know but did you know that lack of vitamin C might be causing you to have cravings for food? You can find C in blackcurrants, broccoli, green peppers, kiwi fruits, Brussels Sprouts, lemons, oranges, strawberries, cabbage.
Oil - What are you talking about? Polyunsaturated oil helps weight loss believe it or not. Try it and see.
